General Information

This privacy statement is an overview on how your personal data is being processed when you visit our website.
Personal data is any information with which you can be personally identified.
We inform you about how we comply with the applicable data protection laws and regulations, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), which information we collect during the visit of our website and how it is used.

General Information on Data Processing

The use of our website is basically possible without provision of any personal data. Personal data are only collected by us if you provide them to us by your own decision, e.g. by sending us e-mails as part of enquiries or requests for information. We will only use the personal data collected from you to provide you with the requested information, or for other purposes for which you have given us your express consent, unless otherwise required by law. Other technical data (so-called server log file data) are collected and processed automatically when you visit our website.
We retain control over any data you disclose to us by visiting our website. The data will be stored and processed by us or our service provider, who acts on our behalf and is responsible to us. We will ensure that the service provider has established appropriate data protection standards based on the state-of-the-art data security and data protection to protect your personal data, to the same extent as in the country, from which you are accessing our website.
The data automatically collected and processed when you visit our website will be deleted or anonymised, including the IP address, as soon as it is no longer needed for its intended purpose. Your personal data provided in connection with any contact remains with us until you ask us for deletion, revoke your consent or the purpose of the data storage is omitted. Insofar as mandatory statutory provisions exist, such as statutory retention periods, these remain unaffected.
We have to draw your attention to the fact that the transfer of data via internet (e.g. in case you communicate by e-mail with us) is subject to security risks and, therefore, complete protection against third-party access to transferred data cannot be ensured. For this reason, as a user of our website, you are free to provide us with your personal information by other means (e.g. by telephone).

Every time you visit our website, the following information are automatically stored through the access to the server:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Name of your service provider
  • IP address
  • Website from which you are visiting us
  • Individual pages you visit at our website

While using these so-called Server-Log-Files, we do not carry out any personal identification.
We collect and process your data only for the purpose of the error-free use of our website and safeguarding of our technical information systems. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Contact per E-Mail

To contact us, you can either use the contact form available on our website or contact us via the e-mail address provided on the website. Additionally to the Server-Log-Files as described above, the following data are processed:

  • Your e-mail address
  • The Content of the message

The data are stored by us only for the purpose of processing your enquiries or requests for information and for the purpose to answer your follow-up questions. The data will not be passed on to any third parties. The legal basis for the processing of your data here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the purpose of the e-mail contact is to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
